玩家無法食用琥珀美食，但可以將其餵食給Template:Dustmoths，從而使其用[[銩礦]]裝飾他們的[[整潔洞穴]]，從而使玩家可以挖掘到三個[[File:Thulecite Fragments.png|24px|link=銩礦碎片]][[銩礦碎片]]。這提供了不打敗[[遠古織影者]]就能再生銩礦的方法。
由於填充物沒有限制，因此那些垃圾是較為合適的選擇，比如樹枝，冰，或者怪物肉。
